if you wish to cancel your order we have a 24 hour cancellation period, customers have 24 hours after they have placed an order to cancel it, we cannot accept order cancellations after this time frame.

we have turn around time of 14 working days for personalised products to be made, during this time we will be in contact with you to discuss the design, you will be sent a preview of the design where you can make change's before its printed  once the design has been printed no changes can be made.

All personalised items are non returnable and non refundable. Please be aware when personalising your gift that the colours on your design vary from screen to screen and can look slightly different when printed onto the product. We can not take responsibility for you changing your mind.

In the event that you have received a damaged/faulty item we ask that you firstly send us a photo to fureverlastingmemories@gmail.com along with your order number and details so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once we have confirmed the item is damaged/faulty a refund or replacement will be issued upon the receipt of the item.
